Kokomo Office

  • Brushing Area and Display Shelves Our tooth brushing station is a convenient area for patients to brush and floss before, during, or after appointments. Our disposable toothbrushes are prepasted (ie. they have toothpaste incorporated in the bristles) and allow for our patients to have clean teeth at all times. After you are done brushing you can check out our collection of Formula 1 car models.
  • Building Exterior Our architecturally distinctive office is located at 314 E. Alto Road in Kokomo right across from Lowe's and next door to Patriot Insurance. We share the building with Dr. Melissa Jarrell, a family and cosmetic dentist. We moved into this state-of-the-art office in 2004.
  • Clinical Area Our reception room, separate on-deck seating area and computerized sign-in system helps with patient flow. Our patient "GPS" system allows us to track each patient's status throughout their appointment to ensure timeliness and efficiency. We always have a movie playing on-deck, have several Nintendo gameboys and an excellent selection of magazines to entertain friends and family members while they wait. All family members are also eligible to participate in our office contests.
  • Consultation and Exam Room Our new patient exam room is equipped with computers, a sound system, and multiple visual aids and appliances to enhance each patient's understanding of his or her specific diagnosis and course of orthodontic treatment. All aspects of the new patient process are private, including diagnosis, treatment plan and financial discussions.
  • Digital X-Ray Machine Our x-Ray room contains a Soradex Digital Panoramic / Cephalometric radiographic machine. The sensor on this digital x-ray machine is extremely sensitive, allowing for optimal resolution of images with minimal radiation exposure. Our x-ray machine is networked throughout our office and images appear instantly on any computer. These digital images also facilitate direct communication with a patient's general dentist or other dental specialist.
  • Memorabilia Our office is decorated in Formula 1 racing memorabilia. Look around and see drivers' suits, car wings, artwork, pit signs, steering wheels, model cars and actual crew uniform shirts. Interesting to all race fans; mesmerizing to followers of the Formula 1 circus.
  • Reception Room Our office, even when busy, never feels congested or claustrophobic. The 14 foot ceilings and large windows in many areas throughout the office create a bright, open and relaxing atmosphere. And our friendly staff and Doctor Kevin always make you feel right at home. Our reception room features comfortable seating, lots of current magazines and free WIFI access. There are also two study desks with high speed LAN cable for your laptop and a children's playhouse with several books.
  • Refreshment Center Our reception room features a drink bar with fresh-brewed coffee, a variety of teas, bottled water and juices. Most afternoons we offer freshly baked cookies! Extra touches include loaner umbrellas if you are caught in the rain and free WIFI. Our video monitor displays information about orthodontics, our staff and special events.
  • Wall of Fame We are very proud of our involvement in the community including sponsoring many local sports teams and school programs. You may find your former team photo on our Wall of Fame!
  • Clinic Our clinical area has an open design to facilitate communication between the doctors and patients/parents. Parents are always welcome in the clinic area, and are encouraged to ask questions and be involved in their child's treatment. Our adult patients, as well as our patients with physical and mental challenges or those requiring a little extra "tlc" are easily accommodated in our office. All patients are generally seen in the same open clinic area; however, if desired, semi-private areas are available. Each chair in the clinic has its own computer and monitor that allows for digital patient charting, digital x-rays and photos, and for accessing orthodontic software to facilitate patient education and communicate progress throughout treatment.
